We had three “off days” on our trip where we didn’t go into the parks. But we did do plenty of activities! We did a character breakfast at Chef Mickey’s, a lot of swimming at our pool, visited the Redmond’s at their condo, went to Downtown Disney to check out Lego Land and have lunch at T-Rex, buried Papa in the sand at the volleyball court and played at our super awesome playground!
Lego Land was AWESOME! The huge statues they’ve made with legos is crazy! The boys played for at least an hour in the legos out front and made some cars that they raced down the ramp.
Adding videos of Riley flying his lego airplane and Finn racing his first lego car!
Lunch at T-Rex was AWESOME! It was a bit overwhelming but it was SO cool! There were HUGE loud roaring dinosaurs everywhere and we sat in the Ice Cave which is this huge blue igloo. They said every 20 minutes there is a meteor shower, but I think it is more often than that. When a meteor shower hits, the lights flash and change colors and thunder crashes and all the dinosaurs go crazy and it gets crazy loud in there. Lunch took a LIFETIME so kids are over stimulated and starving! Riley had a little baby dinosaur sitting on a ledge right behind his head and he had a hard time taking his eyes off of him!
Grandma took the boys down to the sand volleyball court with some bowls and spoons and they spent a looooong time digging in the sand. Until papa came down and they decided to bury him!
Our AWESOME playground! Seriously, how come they don’t have a playground like this in Atlanta?
And we noticed over in the distance that Riley was pushing grandma on the swing! Seriously, how stinking cute is this?
