This post is a bit overdue, but it takes FOREVER to upload videos to youtube.
Finn’s class had a huge Mardi Gras party at school! They spent so much time for weeks before learning about Mardi Gras and making t-shirts and masks and bracelets and learning songs! Our whole family was invited in for the event, and Finn thought it was so extra cool that Riley got to come and play too! And, even DADDY made it! The kids did a parade down the hallway playing musical instruments and passing out beads to the other classes as they went! Then they played some FUN games with the “golden coconuts”, trying to walk with the coconuts between their legs and passing it through their legs in a relay to the people behind them, both hilarious with their large man t-shirts on! They also got to enjoy some king cake and some root beer!
