Our local community garden, that we didn’t know even existed, was having goats in the garden today. The flyer was awesome, “Arts & Crafts, Games, Family Fun, Refreshments, Milking Demo, Cheese Tasting, Featuring “Flair” the Amazing Milk Goat”…..I mean who wouldn’t that entice? So I took the boys down to go check out these awesome goats. Turns out that the garden isn’t quite a garden yet because the area is covered with kudzu, so they’re bringing in the goats to eat up the kudzu to clear the path for the garden.
Well we got there early, before all those FUN things promised us were there. There were two baby goats though that we could pet, inside their cage. Finn wanted nothing to do with them. Riley on the other hand was game, as long as I was holding his hand, and as long as the nice lady who joined us in the cage also held his hand. Seriously, look at him holding her hand. Too cute! And a nice man outside the cage was shooting these awesome pics for us!
