He Walks! He Talks! He has Teeth!!! He’s fearless!

Mommy and Daddy left the boys for vacation for 10 days (missed them terribly) and came home to find Riley with 4 new teeth!  Talking up a storm (no real words but he’s definitely having a conversation!)!  And……drumroll…….walking!!!!  Yay!!!  The first night we got home he was a bit scared and possibly forgetful of who we were (maybe it was mommy’s awesome sunburn that scared him to death?).  But the next morning he definitely remembered and giggled and gave mommy a nice right hook punch to the eye just like every other morning.  And then he took 2 steps here, 4 steps there and then it was 7 steps across the kitchen and now he keeps trying and wants to walk SO badly!  He will stand in a spot for long periods of time, not holding on to anything and then will just start walking like he knows what he’s doing!  He wants to run after his big brother!  And he will be before we know it!  And at the playground he can now climb up the stairs and through the tunnel and then head down the slide head first!  He’s completely fearless and laughs so hard and can’t wait to climb back up and do it again!  So proud of Riley!  Such a big boy!!!
