The boys got some new books as gifts this week from my Aunt Patty, one of the books was “The Giving Tree”. Ever since the book came, Finn has been talking about building a boat. Next thing I know, he comes home from playing at the park and a long walk with grandma and a bundle of sticks. I was a bit worried, I didn’t quite know how this was all going to play out. But evidently Todd had a plan. I missed the building of the raft and the maiden voyage, but here are the pics daddy took!
Yes, Finn is in his Iron Man costume and Riley is in his pajamas! They also took along a rubber duckie and a toy Ernie on an inner tube….perfect for floating down the “river”.
