Today we are doubly proud! Finn AND Riley said good-bye to training wheels this morning! Since Finn is about to turn 5, we knew it was time for him to take off the training wheels!!! The training wheels on Riley’s bike have been pretty broken for a while. We replaced one with an expensive set and it broke off after the 4th of July parade. :( So we decided to just try with Riley’s bike first, figured it was smaller maybe it would be better/easier for Finn too.

He is still getting the hang of getting started but he got much better by the time we were done. We also eventually took the TW’s off his bike which was more his size which helped. But here’s a few early videos…

As I mentioned, the training wheels on Riley’s bike had been pretty broken for a while and we noticed that he wasn’t actually using them most of the time so we decided to give Riley a try! And here is what he did the first time he sat down on the bike without training wheels!
